What you'll do:

  • Provide support for our West Coast sales team, focused on the Pre-Sales Process including Pitch Preparation and RFP Responses
  • Demonstrate 140 Proof’s Unique Value Proposition to our customers, through compelling sales presentations and proposals that solve for specific business needs.
  • Report directly to the LA-Based, West Coast VP of Sales
  • Coordinate with 140 Proof’s Sales, Ad Ops, and Marketing teams for team-wide success
  • WUse your passion for new technologies and social platforms like Facebook, Foursquare, Twitter, Pinterest and more, in your day to day work!

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years experience in digital or sales support role such as sales planning, digital media planning/buying, or other online advertising/marketing
  • Digital agency experience preferred
  • Extraordinary, always-on customer service instincts
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills: you're able to hit deadlines and make adjustments on the fly
  • Proactive thinking skills; you anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Adaptability, able to work with different management styles
  • Experience completing projects involving multiple teams/stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Keynote
  • Comfort with the pace and culture of startup life
  • BA/BS/Equivalent
